General Conditions
By using this site, you must be aware that prices does not include taxes, may change without notice and a deadline for updating the informations must be provided. It is important to note that the sale is final (See Shipping and Returns Policy). No goods can be refunded, exchanged or returned. Therefore, it might be possible that the item you wish to purchase, may not be in stock any longer or that its price has changed. Much of the items on this site are the latest in inventory, making it impossible for us to reorder the same items.
If this happens, know that we are sorry.
- G1: If you find that the informations and price of a product are incorrect, we reserve the right to refuse the sale based on the error and correct erroneous information. In the case of a sale via PayPal, we will contact the customer prior to delivery in order to correct the price, if needed, and to validate the new information still applies to purchaser's vehicle. If the client decides that the product is no longer appropriate for his vehicle or he's no longer in agreement with the new price, we will refund the amount via paypal as soon as possible. If we find the error before proceeding with the shipment we will contact you and will apply what is referred to G1.

- C6: All the offers on a product price, that you submitted, can be rejected.
- C7: It may be possible that the products you see here are incomplete. The facts that some kit may have missing parts, do not change the price at all. Our prices, for items in a kit, are taken from the most important and bigger parts and for the item only in single parts ads. That the parts are discontinued or not, we place an ads on our website. In some cases, you will need to be resourceful if the missing items are discontinued, the product is still in good condition and still usable.
